Retreat Bookings: Thursday–Sunday | May 1 – October 31
Day Rentals: Half or full day | November 1 – April 30 (or upon approved exception)

RETREAT BOOKINGS
Thursday–Sunday | May 1 – October 31

The Red Barn — Base Rate: $1,800 CAN (3 nights)

Cleaning Fee: $500 CAD

Add-ons:

Tent 1 — 4 Person (with beds + bedding)+$200/night

Tent 2 — 4 Person (with beds + bedding)+$200/night

Tent 3 — 2 Person (with beds + bedding)+$150/night

Camper / Bunkhouse (sleeps up to 6)+$250/night

DAY RENTALS
November 1 – April 30 | Or upon approved exception

Half Day (4 hours): $250 CAD

Full Day (8 hours): $500 CAD

Nordic Farm-Spa Add-On (sauna, hot tub + cold plunge)+$100 CAD

Set-Up + Cleaning Fee$90 CAD

Payment Terms:

  • 50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking

  • Balance due 14 days prior to arrival

  • Cancellation before 14 days — deposit forfeited, balance not charged

  • Cancellation within 14 days — full amount forfeited
